The Coaching Group was founded by Monique Alamendine who previously operated the highly successful Coaching for Excellence.

Monique recognised that while coaching is extremely beneficial to micro and small business owners, it is often overlooked as it can be difficult to justify the expense. The Coaching Group was established to cater exclusively to the needs of micro and small business owners, providing affordable, quality coaching a direction Monique is highly passionate about.

Monique is also aware that business owners lead very busy lives and so she has developed e-coaching, telephone coaching, tele-seminars and the soon to be available, webinars. These save you time and money while you enjoy the benefits of being part of a community.

With her professionalism, extensive coaching and recruitment experience and attention to detail, Monique hand-picked a superb team of professionals to work at The Coaching Group, with each specialist bringing their own area of expertise.

Along with her experience as a Business and Personal Coach, Monique is a member of the International Coach Federation, an accredited Coach and a Master Practitioner of NLP.
