Success timeframes vary, but basically it all comes down to how committed you are and how much you apply yourself to this process.

Coaching is an action-oriented profession so if you take the actions you decide on then results start immediately and begin to multiply as you progress.
So what's involved in a coaching program?
The basic process of coaching remains the same regardless of the package you may choose to purchase.
Your coach will join you in establishing where you are at the moment, identifying the changes you need to make to get the ball rolling, and then help you set action plans and accountability measures for the tasks at hand.
How do I start?
After your initial enquiry is made through the online form, you will be contacted by The Coaching Group to assess and determine your needs. We may ask you to complete a simple questionnaire - our Business Snapshot. Alternatively you may choose to purchase the Comprehensive Business Evaluation and the advice that goes with it to help clarify where you're going.
A package will then be created specific to your needs. It may even be a combination of two or more of the packages on offer.
You will receive information pertaining to the packages determined to suit your needs along with a form that is required and needs to be completed and can be emailed to admin@thecoachinggroup.com.au
Once payment has been received and cleared, you will be contacted by one or more of our coaches to establish a time and date in which to start your coaching.
Can I nominate the packages I want?
Absolutely!
Just look through the various services accessed on the Your Solutions tab at the top of this page and make your choice.
Complete the online form and advise The Coaching Group which program you are interested in. We'll take it from there.
How often do we 'meet'?
We meet as often as necessary. Because our basic program offers email and MSN, we can 'meet' at your convenience from the comfort of your computer as often as you like. So if you suddenly find yourself faced with a challenge during the day, The Coaching Group is here to help you to work through it.
Because you are an individual, with your own unique requirements, your coaching program is also individual. Therefore, your meeting times and the length of your sessions will vary, depending on your needs.
How do I pay for my specialist services?
We have a simple shopping cart facility which you will be directed to when we respond to your online enquiry.
Can I stop whenever I like?
Our services don't have minimum or maximum timeframes or contracts. You pay month to month and stop when you want!
What if I'm not happy?
In the first instance, we suggest you discuss your problem with your coach.
